SABAQ Learning Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting education and social welfare initiatives. We value transparency and fairness in all our processes. This Donation Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which a donation may be refunded.

  1. Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests will be considered only in genuine cases, including:

    • Accidental overpayment of a donation amount
    • Duplicate transactions
    • Technical or system errors during payment
  1. Request Procedure

To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the donation date and provide the following details:

    • Full name
    • Transaction ID or receipt
    • Donation amount
    • Reason for refund request

  1. Review & Approval

All refund requests will be reviewed by SABAQ Learning Foundation. Refund approval will be subject to verification and organizational policies.

  1. Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  1. Non-Refundable Donations

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The donation has already been allocated to projects or beneficiaries
  • The request is submitted after the specified timeframe
  • The donation was made intentionally without error
